Complaints and feedback
If we get something wrong, or you have an idea that would make the station better, we want to hear about it. This page explains how to contact us and what we will do.

Cross River Radio is preparing to broadcast. Until we are on air, you can use this page for feedback or concerns about our website, our events and our plans. Once we are broadcasting, it also covers anything you hear on the station.
Email us at contact@crossriverradio.com, or use the contact form. If you cannot use either, ask someone to send your complaint for you, or tell us how you would like to reach us and we will arrange it.
It helps if you tell us:
If your complaint is about something we broadcast, please contact us as soon as you can. We keep a recording of everything we broadcast for at least 42 days, so we can check what was said.
If you are not happy with our reply, tell us and we will look at it again. We also report the themes of complaints and feedback, without personal details, to our Community Advisory Group each quarter.
Ofcom is the regulator for radio in the UK. You can complain to Ofcom if you think a programme broke the Broadcasting Code, or if you are not satisfied with how we dealt with your complaint. Ofcom has time limits and rules about who can complain, so see its guide, how Ofcom deals with complaints, or call its advice line on 0300 123 3333.
You do not need a complaint to speak to us. Tell us about programmes you would like to hear, people we should invite, or ways to improve the station. We log all feedback, review it every month, and publish a short summary each quarter called "you said, we did" showing what changed.
We use what you tell us only to deal with your complaint or feedback. We keep complaints and our replies for at least 12 months, as our licence requires. You can read more in our privacy policy.
